I live in the East Central. I am very displeased that maintenance has failed to fix the drainage situation at the entry gate for the 5 months i have been here. Every time it rains we are forced to walk through 3-4 inches of water to get to the elevator. If this gets repaired i’ll take this down.

Maddie and the maintenance crew do such a great job taking care of the place. I feel so bad that maintenance has to pick up after tenants who are so disrespectful to the building. They work so hard trying to keep the property nice meanwhile some residents treat it like a dump. When we moved in the dumpster was never out back and now it's there permanently which caused more trash and hazardous material to be outside for us dog owners. Constantly dodging class and or broken pieces of furniture. On top of that it's a high theft garage with NO security, cameras only in certain spots, and a garage that anyone can walk into with no doors for residents. They are trying to charge us more which is absurd when we can't even maintain the day to day operations. I had over $1,500 worth of bicycles stolen the night we moved in and now they expect us to pay $100 per month per car for parking.

I am seeing a lot of negative reviews on here from some overly sensitive people. These apartments are great. The location is nice, the office staff super helpful, and the maintenance crew is responsive and respectful. They ask for feedback and actually implement plans based on it. The pool and common areas are well kept and they just put in a new dog park! If you want a nice apartment in a great location check these apartments out.

I love meeting street lofts it's super conveniently located and the complex is in general very up to date. I do have to say my expierence with things getting fixed has not been great however. The light in my loft has unfortunately been broken since before I moved in (it was broken when I toured) and has still not been fixed (its been two months now). Furthermore, one of the three washers on my floor level has been broken for weeks now. I thought it was fixed today and tried to use it and it ruined multiple of my clothing items unfortunately. I hope that may experience improves because the people are very nice and the apartment itself is great! (I will update if these things get fixed/ the responsiveness gets better!)

The new property management team has exceeded my expectations on every level! Michael and his team at VTT Management have truly made living here a seamless and delightful experience. The staff members are always friendly, approachable, and ready to assist with any concerns or questions I may have. Maintenance issues can be a headache, but this property management company has made it a breeze. Any maintenance requests I've submitted have been handled swiftly and efficiently. This is the perfect location downtown too! It's a little far from the bars, but is definitely walkable.

Just a heads up for anyone living there now or thinking about living at Meeting Street Lofts. I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with exorbitant move-out fees. I had left a few crumbs in the sink and was charged $110. No rep was available at move out to walk through the apartment with us to let us know that this minor thing would get flagged (could have literally run water for a few seconds and gotten rid of it). Turned a blind eye to a lot while living there (no water for 5 days, car jackings in the garage, bikes being stolen, rent going up 15% YoY) because the location was great but not worth the headache. Building reps are useless and hide behind corporate policy to not help out the tenants. Do yourself a favor and look somewhere else.
